Peter brings more than 26 years of experience in managing projects related to customer experience, sales and productivity improvement, leadership, and cultural transformation. He gained his experience through working with several verticals, such as hospitality and hospitals, manufacturing, telecommunications and banking. 

Peter gained multicultural experience as he has a wide international experience gained from managing several International projects.

Peter is able to support teams in shaping their strategies and tactical execution plans in Pinnacle as a Customer Experience Consultant and Master trainer/ Coach.
