Randa graduated from the American university in Cairo majoring in Chemistry, specializing in Industrial Chemistry followed by post graduate studies in Total Quality Management.
Randa is a certified nutrition coach. Building on that and to enhance her passion for cooking she attended courses at the Egyptian Chefs Association for Menu Planning & Engineering and recipe development.
Randa has more than 10 year-experience in food & beverage regulatory affairs covering Middle East & Africa between corporate and consulting where she applies the national food laws and takes care of label compliance. Her expertise areas are, Holistic Nutrition, Menu Planning & Engineering, Middle East & Africa Food Laws, Clean Label, Healthy Cooking and Food Adulteration.
