Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate at Pinnacle, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls, Face-to-Face meetings, social media referrals, customer visits, and occasional travel. 

You will work in coordination with the business development team to grow Pinnacle and Develor Business through planning, organizing, and executing activities aiming to develop business relationships with prospective new customers and maintain an effective profitable relationship with existing customers.

Responsibilities of the Role

Your main responsibilities will be divided into 3 categories:

  1. Business Development Planning & Profiling.
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams. 
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of business products and Pinnacle value proposition.
  • Developing growth strategies and annual business plans.
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Pinnacle Marketing Team to develop marketing plans and tactics that support the development of the business in the given geography or line of business.  
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvement
  • Business Developing should be participating in writing articles about his / her geographies to promote business in the given geography and agree that his profile will be featured online and on social media. 
  • Participate in customer events, whether online or Face to Face to promote Pinnacle business in designated geography.

2.Business Developing Delivery.

  • Building a healthy active pipeline and reporting back to Pinnacle CRM.  
  • Increasing client base through New / New Business opportunities by reaching out to and qualifying leads through outbound calling and social media.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Conducting customer surveys and developing sales strategies.
  • Writing business proposals.
  • Negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Reviewing contracts signature and processing.
  • Follow up on invoicing and payment, to maintain a healthy relationship with clients. 
  • Follow up on the Implementation of training and or Consultancy Services to meet customer expectations. 
  • Providing prompt responses to all customers
  • Support Pinnacle Marketing, in writing success stories and case studies.  
  • Business Development representative is expected to attend internal meetings and workshops to be able to submit the best offering from technical and cost perspectives. 

3. Supporting Pinnacle Community

  • You are expected to be part of the Pinnacle community, supporting Pinnacle culture and values.
  • You are expected to meet weekly with the Management on a one-to-one basis to discuss business activities, pipeline, forecast, and actual revenues achieved. 
  • You will participate in monthly business reviews. 
  • You will take part in Pinnacle periodical meetings.
  • Your participation in Pinnacle’s social gatherings would be appreciated.  

Role Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related fields is the minimum, fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Ability to use CRM software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, any other language is a plus. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Ability to deliver continuously improved performance.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Business Development Specialist UAE (Part-time)

As a part-time Business Development Specialist in Pinnacle UAE, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls and social media referrals, customer visits, and occasional travel.
