Holding Master of Business Administration Degree, Osama is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, CMA – U.S.A, since 1996.

Osama built a vast and rich professional 30 years of experience in finance, IT, logistics, and administration working in multinational and international organizations of diversified industries in Egypt such as Insurance, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas, constrictions, Agriculture, Chemicals and car feeding industry; in companies such as Procter & Gamble, Johnson Wax, Jotun, Eli Lilly, Schering Plough, Methanex, and Fridal. He also gained the inter-cultural experience working in the Arab Gulf. Osama Arafa is a seasoned name in strategic planning; budgeting and forecasting. 

Throughout his professional & academic career , Osama has served well the consultation and L&D needs for many reputable names in different sectors such as McDonald’s, Arab African Bank, Misr Bank, Air Liquide natural Gas, GhabbourManufacturing Commercial Vehicles- MCV, Hyundai automotive , Pharma company and FedEx courier. Osama is a graduate with a Bachelor degree of Management Sciences, Faculty of Management, Sadat Academy since 1985.
