Fjolla has more than 15 years experience in several positions from which mostly within the ICT industry. She has managed creation, development and management of Digital Services Department within one of the leading IT organizations in Kosovo, Art House L.L.C. She held several positions in her career reaching Chief Operations Officer for more than 5 years in her short but exciting career. Fjolla has always been showing skills of leadership, strategic planning, business development, consulting and training, she has unique combination of experience in high level management, project management, interpersonal skills, and her professional, organizational abilities.

Fjolla served in several organizations and in various positions as Head of Digital Services, COO in Art House L.L.C., Project Manager in 3CIS J.S.C., Business Development Consultant within Green Energy Technologies (GET), Project Manager, in Management and Development Associates (MDA); Kosovo.

Fjolla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in General Management and certificate in International Project Management Preparatory Program CAPM^© & PMP^© and she is currently working on her certification as PMP^© Certified Project Manager.
